Gold glory for Mutare Hosting the 7th edition intercity games

  The 7th edition of the Intercity Games in Mutare was a resounding success, with the host city emerging as the overall champion. Mutare won 6 gold medals, 4 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal, totaling 11 medals. Harare city came in second with 6 gold medals, 1 silver medal, and 1 bronze medal, totaling 8 medals, while Kwekwe city claimed third place with 2 gold medals and 3 bronze medals, totaling 5 medals. The intercity games brought together athlets from different cities. The games feactured a wide range of sports including soccer, netball ,athletics ,swimming darts, pool , volleyball and the traditional game of tag of war which was a crowd favourite.The event was filled with excitement, music, and dance, thanks to performances by renowned artists Dorcus Moyo and Sir Calaz.
